Vision #2

Vision #2
I looked over the railing at the mighty Niagara River, transforming itself into Niagara Falls. Just out of visual focus, a hand beckoned me to come out over the falls. Thinking it was just my imagination, I ignored it, walked away, continuing down the path.
The path brought me to another point, again over the falls. Again, the hand beckoned me to come out over the water. Again, I declined. I continued my journey.
A third time the path brought me to the river. A third time the hand beckoned, more insistently. I looked behind and saw nobody was near enough to bother me. So I accepted the invitation.
My spirit flew out, hovering over the water, finding the exact point where the river transformed into the falls. And as I remained at that point, I reached one arm out to the river, feeling its strength. I allowed my other arm to swing free, mingling with the free falling river as it joyfully plummeted downward. I remained at that balance point for a timeless moment, feeling both strength and release. Strength and release. Strength/release combined into one powerful sensation.
The moment passed. I returned to my accustomed life. The balance point remained in my heart, in my eyes, in my soul, in my body, leaving it’s message and imprint on my dreams, my endeavors, my difficulties and joys. I was transformed.

This concluded my whirlwind year of distant showings. I decided from now on I'd keep my work close to home.
